The State Program Director is in charge of Noche Panamericana and the Río Show.
Chapters auditioning for Noche Panamericana must submit entries tied to this
year's theme:
La Cultura Hispana en los Estados Unidos
The Río Show will be open to the public and acts do not have to be tied to the theme. Certain productions lend themselves to this great public relations opportunity.
